Welcome to the waters of Hawaii

Leo went on two dives off the coast of Lanai, which is is located about 12 miles off the coast of Maui's West side. The air was 85 degrees and the water was 80.
Dolphin While cruising around on the dive boat we came across a large group of dolphin. We all quickly got our snorkel gear, cameras, and dove into the water. The dolphin were timid but would swim right by you. The dive charter I took was Hawaiian Rafting Adventures, which I highly recommend.

Sea Turtle I had a unique opportunity to swim with a sea turtle as shown in this picture (I was right behind the turtle). This one was about three feet long and was very curious. He swam along with the group for about 15 minutes. The picture was taken at a depth of 60 feet with a special underwater camera. We also got a chance to come face with a few spotted moray eels and small squid that sprayed ink when we got near him.

Hanauma Bay This picture is from Leo's snorkeling adventure at Hanauma Bay (located on Oahu, about 1 hour from Waikiki). This is a spot not to be missed, Monica sunbathed on the beach and I spent the time snorkeling. The Bay is loaded with tropical fish that are in 2-12 feet of water which makes an excellent beginner snorkel dive. The fish in the picture is a Parrot Fish.
